Antonio Glover serves as the Director of Integrated Mobility & Medical Services (DIMMS) for True North Nursing LLC, overseeing the integration of medical equipment operations (DME) and non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) across the True North service network. As a U.S. Army veteran and seasoned logistics professional, Antonio brings a results-driven approach to healthcare mobility, ensuring seamless coordination between transportation, delivery, and patient-centered medical support services.
Antonio began his career in transportation and logistics, developing a deep understanding of route optimization, fleet coordination, and supply chain management. His military background instilled in him the discipline, leadership, and precision required to build efficient systems under pressure. Transitioning into healthcare, Antonio applied these same principles to enhance the delivery of durable medical equipment and patient mobility services.
As Director of Integrated Mobility & Medical Services, Antonio leads both the DME and NEMT divisions—uniting the operational backbone of True North’s care continuum. He oversees logistics planning, compliance with ACHC and Medicaid/Medicare standards, and ensures every transport or equipment delivery reflects True North’s commitment to quality and compassion. His leadership connects dispatch operations, driver performance, and home-delivery medical services into one cohesive, patient-focused system.
